This command is used to assign a type of call to the dialed digits on each Type of Call Development
Table number assigned by CMD033.

NOTE 1: The actual digits sent from a trunk should be assigned.
NOTE 2: This feature restricts Toll Call and International Call (Type of call No. 2 and No. 3 assigned
by this command).
