<PDP_type> (Packet Data Protocol type)

Virtual <PDP_type>introduced to handle dual IP stack UE
capability (see 3GPPTS 24.301[83])
<APN> (Access Point Name) A string parameter (string should be included in
quotation marks) which is a logical name that is used to select the GGSN or
the external packet data network. If the value is null or omitted, then the
subscription value will be requested.The default value is NULL.
<PDP_addr> A string parameter (IP address).
Format:"<n>.<n>.<n>.<n>" where <n>=0..255
If the value is null or equals 0.0.0.0 a dynamic address will be requested. The
allocated address may be read using the +CGPADDR command
<d_comp> A numeric parameter that controls PDP data compression
0 –PDP data compression off (default if value is omitted)
<h_comp> A numeric parameter that controls PDP data compression
0 –PDP header compression off (default if value is omitted)
