If error is related to ME functionality:
+CME ERROR: <err>
Parameters <IP address> a string param
eter which indicates the IP address assigned
from GPRS.
Reference Note:
Only after PDP context is activated, local IP Address can be obtained by
AT+CIFSR, otherwise it will respond ERROR. The active status are IP
GPRSACT, TCP/UDP CONNECTING, CONNECT OK, IP CLOSE.
