Parameters <cid>
a numeric parameter which specifies a particular PDP context definition (see
+CGDCONT and +CGDSCONT commands).
The following parameters are defined in 3GPP TS 23.107 [46]
<Traffic class>
a numeric parameter that indicates the type of application for which the
UMTS bearer
service is vailable. 0 conversational (default)
1 streaming
2 interactive
3 background
Other values are reserved.
<Maximum bitrate UL>
a numeric parameter that indicates the maximum number of kbits/s
