A numeric parameter which specifies a particular PDP context definition (see
+CGDCONT and command). The following parameters are defined in 3GPP TS
23.107[46].

A numeric parameter that indicates the type of application for which the
UMTS bearer service is onfirmat. 0 conversational (default)
1 streaming
2 interactive
3 background
