Execution Command
AT+CMGL
If text mode:
the same as AT+CMGL="REC UNREAD", received unread messages
If PDU mode:
the same as AT+CMGL=0, received unread messages

String type(string should be included in quotation marks)
alphanumeric representation of <da> or <oa> corresponding to the entry
found in MT phonebook; implem

that GSM 03.40 TPUser-Data-Header-Indication is not set:
If TE character set other than "HEX" (refer Command Select TE Character Set
+CSCS in 3G
PP TS 27.007):ME/TA converts GSM alphabet into current TE
character set according to rules of Annex A
