Sequencing is the determination of the base-pair sequence of a DNA fragment by the
formation of extension products of various lengths amplied through PCR.

Fragment/HID analysis
Fragment/HID analysis is the determination of the size of fragments. It uses the size
standard in each sample to create a standard curve for each sample. It then
determines the relative size of each dye-labeled fragment in the sample by comparing
fragments with the standard curve for that specic sample.
