Close the autosampler lid: Press down on the center of the lid or press down on
both sides of the lid with equal pressure until the lid clicks shut.

Touch Retract plate, then close the instrument door when prompted.
7.
Touch
Eject cartridge, then open the instrument door when prompted.
8.
Hold the cartridge at the hand hold above the capillaries, then pull to remove it
from the instrument.
9.
Insert a new cartridge (see “Insert the cartridge“ on page 161).
10.
Close the instrument door.
