20. Cleantheareaaroundthellerneckofthehydraulic
tank.
21. Removethecapfromthellerneck.
22. Fillthehydraulictankwithof10W-30or15W-40
detergent,dieselengineoil(APIserviceCH-4or
higher).
23. Starttheengineandletitrunforafewminutes.
24. Stoptheengine.
25. Checktheuidlevelonthedipstick.Theuidlevel
shouldbebetweenthemarksonthedipstick.
26. Installthecapintothehydraulictankllerneck.
27. Installtheleftandrighthandsidepanels(Fig.0049).

28. Removethecylinderlockandlowertheloaderarms.

1. Cleantheareawherethefuellter/waterseparator
mounts.
2. Removethefuellter/waterseparatorandcleanthe
mountingsurface.
3. Lubricatethegasketonthenewfuellter/water
separatorwithcleanoil.
4. Installthefuellter/waterseparatorbyhanduntilthe
gasketcontactsthemountingsurface,thenrotateit
anadditional1/2turn.
