Hydraulic Oil Filter Head Installation
15. Place the lter head assembly in a vise to secure.
16. Using a 1-3/8” wrench, loosen the T-tting nut from
the lter head. Remove the T-tting and hydraulic
line (Fig. 0923).
18. Inspect the bypass, lter threads, and gasket sealing
surface. The bypass should move freely in and out.
The lter threads and sealing surface should be free
of damage. Replace the lter head if damaged (Fig.
0925).

1. Place the lter head assembly into a vise to secure.
2. Using a 1-1/4” wrench, install the loader valve return
tting into the lter head (Fig. 0926).
17. Using a 1-1/4” wrench, remove the loader valve
return tting from the lter head (Fig. 0924).
