1. Route the brake cable as follows:
a. Through the frame brake bracket (Fig. 1674).

b. over the top of the negative battery cable
c. behindthehydrauliclterreturnline
d. betweenthehydrauliclterandtheframe
2. Install the brake assembly into the frame so that the
tabs on the two brake plate mounting brackets are
pointing down (Fig. 1675).
3. Route the brake cable up through the hydraulic lines
and into the control panel assembly (Fig. 1676).
