Internal Leak Master Test
The Internal Leak Master Test check box option is only displayed when the
Internal Leak Master is fitted. When the checkbox is selected it enables the internal
leak master to allow the standard program operation to be verified.
Clone
Copies the current program to another program slot of your choice.
Pass/Fail Rule Screen
Salvage
This concept called “Salvage” in a Pass/Fail rule allows the user to refine the test
results by introducing a new category other than only pass or fail. A component
with a salvage test result may in some cases be reworked to become leak-tight
instead of being scrapped. Of course, this outcome requires choosing realistic
limits wherein the salvage item could be reclaimed.
Using the Salvage feature can be very useful in casting applications or where the
Qualitek mR is being used in an automatic production line where the component
can be automatically directed to a rework station for repair.
In this example, selecting
this rule allows Limit 1 to
set the boundary between
Pass and Salvage while
Limit 2 will set the boundary
between Salvage and Fail.

preceded it.
