Note: A RUN light flashing in short intervals can have one of the following meanings:
1. One of the digital input terminals is set to “Drive Enable”
(H1- = “6A”), and that input is open (i.e., shut off).
2. The run command must be provided from an external source. As a default, the
drive does not issue a run command when the power is switched on (b1-17 = “0”)
