◆ Flowchart E: Using Application-Specific Presets
Selecting “pump” or “conveyor” sets up a series of parameters used for those
specified applications so the drive can begin operating immediately. Parameter
settings differ based on the application selected.

Perform installation, start-up and auto-tuning according to
Chapters 1,2,3 and 4.
Set the application for the drive in parameter A1-06.
START
Run the motor without the load.
Connect the load and run the motor.
Adjust and fine-tune parameter settings.
The drive is ready to run the application after
all remaining start-up procedures are performed.
