5.9 Using Fault Trace Monitors

Fault Trace
The following example illustrates how to view drive data after the drive detects an
overcurrent fault:
Step Display/Result
1. Turn on the drive input power. The first screen displays.
2.
Press until the monitor screen is displayed.
3.
Press to display the parameter setting screen.
4.
Press until U2-02 (Fault History) is displayed.
5.
Press to view the fault that has just occurred. In this
example, the fault is overcurrent.
6.
Press to view information about the drive status when the
fault occurred.
7.
Monitor parameters U2-03 through U2-17 are helpful in determining
what caused the fault.
