Guarding Against Harmful Materials
When installing IP20/Open-Chassis drives, use an enclosure that prevents foreign
material from entering the drive from above or below.
Grounding
The drive is designed to be used in T-N (grounded neutral point) networks. If
installing the drive in other types of grounded systems, contact your dealer or
Yaskawa for instructions.
Wiring Diagram Example
The wiring diagram in Figure D.2 illustrates compliance with the Low Voltage
Directive.
EMC Guidelines Compliance
This drive is tested according to European standards EN61800-3 and it complies
with the EMC guidelines. Refer to EMC Filter Installation on page 302 for details
on EMC filter selection and installation.
