8.10 Lamp info module replacement
Preparations
Before starting the replacement procedure, the lam p house must be rem oved from the projector.
How to replace
1. R emov e the installed lamp, see "Removing the xenon lamp from the lamp house", page 123.
Warning: Take care for the safety precautions mentioned in that topic!
2. R emov e fixation screws (1 an d 2) of the lamp info cove r (3).

3. Take off the cover from the inside.
4. R emov e both fixation screws (1 and 2) of the lamp info m odule, disc
onnect the cable. Take out the unit.

5. Insert a new mod ule and insert the connection.
6. Turn in the fixation screws.
7. M ount the cover and fixate with bo th screw s.
8. Install the lamp (see "Installing the xenon lamp in the lamp house", p age 127 and insert the lamp house in the projector.
