View on the diagnostic LEDs
The DVI/HDSDI Input board is located inside the Input & Communication unit. O nly the LEDs at the front s ide (cover plate) are
visible without opening the projector. To view the other diagnostic LE Ds the Input & Communication unit has to be placed in the
service position as illustrated below (moved forward and tilted). The other LEDs are then visible through the grid at the sides of the
Input & Communication unit.
CAUTION: Only operate the projector for a few minutes while the Input & Communication unit is moved and
tilted in it’s ser
vice position. This to minimize the risk of exceeding the maximum permitted internal temper-
ature limit due to insufficient airfl ow.
Description of the diagnostic LEDs

+12V OK (green) This LED lit up in normal c ondition and indicates that the + 12 V from the Power Box is available.

FPGA CONFIG (red) This L ED lit up during the start up of the DVI/HDSDI Input module and in case the FPG A of the
DVI/HDSDI Input module is not correctly loaded with the firmware. If this is the case try t o reload
the firm ware and/or software of the DVI/HDSDI Input m odule. If the problem remains replace the
DVI/HDSDI Input module.
3 INTERRUPT DVI
INPUT (red)
This LED lit up in case something has changed to the applied DV I source. Onc e the projector
has recognized the DVI s ource and configured the projector correctly for this sou rce then this
LED goes out.
4
DVI DCM LOCKED
(green)
This LED lit up in normal condition and indicates that the internal clock (inside FPGA) for the DVI
is locked.
5
INTERRUPT SDI
INPUT (red)
This LED lit up in case something has changed to the applied SDI source. O nce the projector
has recognized the SDI s ource and configured the projector correctly for this sou rce then this
LED goes out.
