About Diagnostic Companion
The Diagnostic Compa nion is a software tool embedded in the projector software. The Diagnostic C om panion gives information to a
service technician how to solve a problem inside the projector. This c ompanion gives for each error/warning code possible solutions
which can be followed one b y one to solve the problem. Some solutions contain pictures to help find the location of defect parts.
