4. C lean the pump house, the rotor and the pump motor with a clean soft cloth. U se cotton swabs to clean the bearing inside the
pump motor and pump house.
Caution: The bearings of the Pump are fragile. Be careful when cleaning.
5. R einsert the ro tor and try to turn it smoothly. If not successful stop this procedure and replace the pump completely.
6. S lide the p ump hous e w ith hose back on the pump m otor.
Caution: Make sure the sea ling ring of the Pump motor is no t damaged and is on its place.
7. Fas ten the four screws (reference 1) o f the pump house crosswise.

Refill the liquid cooling circuit in case the pump is successfully cleaned. If cleaning is not possible, replace
the pump completely.
