77-12 config pim last_hop_spt_switchover
Description
This command is used by the last hop router to decide whether to receive the multicast data from
the shared tree or switch over to the shortest path tree. When the switchover mode is set to be
never, the last hop router will always receive the multicast data from the shared tree. When the
mode is set to immediately, the last hop router will always receive the multicast data from the
shortest path tree.
Format
config pim last_hop_spt_switchover [never | immediately]
Parameters
never - Specifies that the router will always receive multicast data from the shared tree.
immediately - Specifies that the router will always receive multicast data from shortest path tree.
Restrictions
Only Administrator, Operator and Power-User level users can issue this command.
Example
Set the SPT-switchover mode to never:
DGS-3620-28SC:admin# config pim last_hop_spt_switchover never
Command: config pim last_hop_spt_switchover never
Success.
77-13 show pim ipmroute
Description
This command is used to list all the entries of multicast routing, includes (*,G), (S,G) and (S,G,rpt).
Format
show pim ipmroute
