Normal Bearing
Smooth even surfaces with no discoloration or
marks.
Bent Cage
Cage damage due to improper handling or tool
usage.
Replace bearing.
Galling
Metal smears on roller ends due to overheat,
lubricant failure or overload.
Replace bearing - check seals and check for
proper lubrication.
