REASSEMBLE MULTIDISK CLUTCH KV / K1
1. Lift plate carrier, with the KV-side facing
downward, into the clamping ring (S) and
secure it.
2. Tilt plate carrier 180˚.
3. Insert both roll pins (6x24 and 3.5x24)
flush-mounted into the end face-side bore
of the plate carrier (Figure 251).
4. Tilt plate carrier 180˚.
5. Wet both set screws (Figure 252) with
Loctite #262 and install them.
6. Drive purge valve (Arrow) flush-mounted
in, with the chamfer facing downward.
7. Lay both O-rings scrollfree into the ring
grooves of the piston, see Figure 254.
