INPUT – CONVERTER BELL
1. Insert outer bearing race into the housing
bore until contact is obtained and install
inner bearing race, see Figure 375.
2. Introduce spur gear (Figure 376). starting
from the side, with the long collar facing
upward, and bring it in position.
3. Insert both roll pins (ø 2.5 mm (10.0984 in)
and ø 1.5 mm (0.0591 in)) flush-mounted
into the bore (Arrow) of the input shaft.
4. Supercool the input shaft and introduce it
until contact is obtained.
CAUTION!
Use protective gloves.
