TRANSMISSION REASSEMBLY
1. Install studs (Figure 170).
NOTE:
Wet thread with Loctite #243
2. Line up O-ring (Figure 171).
3. Insert bush into the housing bore until
contact is obtained and fasten it.
POWER TAKE-OFF
1. Supercool the shaft (about -80˚C (-
112˚F)), heat gear (about 120˚C (248˚F))
and line it up, resp. press it against
shoulder.
CAUTION!
According to the transmission
version, differences concerning
number and length of the studs are
possible. See in this connection the
corresponding Spare Parts List.
