NOTE: If pulsed illumination is enabled in Device
Settings | Camera n (unit being calibrated) | Imaging,
Global Gain with Pulsed Illumination should be
adjusted. If pulsed illumination is not enabled, make
adjustments to Global Gain with Continuous
Illumination.
6. Adjust the gain until the white level shown in the Image Viewer is between 180 and 200.
