Mode 3
The external signal triggers the high-speed input point: DI7 of the servo drive. The captured position is
converted from the number of pulses CN1 port of the servo drive receives through axis parameters.
Mode 4

converted from the number of pulses CN5 port of the servo drive receives through axis parameters.
