Flow of Welding Work Utilizing Doosan Robots
The starting process of the robot-welder connection for welding automation will lead to repeated welding
work performed by welding personnel in the following general order. In this flow, the initial connection and
set-up is sometimes performed by a professional system integrator (SI), and welding condition set-up
requires specialized knowledge regarding welding. In particular, electrical insulation and organized
surroundings are essential conditions to be confirmed prior to welding work. The right side of the flow chart
below shows the functional menus offered by Doosan Robotics’ welding function. Please use the simplified
image for easy reference regarding welding features. Please refer to the welding technical note provided by
