5 Click OK to close the Printing Preferences dialog box.
6 Click Print.
The Set / Check Fax Transmission dialog box appears.
7 Specify the destination for the recipient in one of the following ways. For details on how to specify
the destination, see the Help of the driver.
a Enter the name and fax number directly.
b Select a fax number from a phone book.
