If your Fuji Xerox Printer experiences print media misfeeds in the standard 250-sheet tray, first ensure that the tray is properly inserted. If the problem persists, verify that you are using the correct print media recommended for the printer. Also, make sure the print media is not damp; if it is, turn it over. Fanning the print media may also help. You can also wipe the feed roller with a cloth moistened with water. If none of these steps work, try replacing the drum cartridge with a spare. If the issue continues, it is recommended to contact your Fuji Xerox local representative office or an authorised dealer.
