1. Select the location where to insert the text field container (a
table cell or directly in the report template).
2. Select Insert and Text field.
The Text field box is displayed.

3. Enter a heading.
4. From the Display field, select between:
• Referral reasons: displays the information entered in
the Patient info and exam window.
• Comments: displays the information entered in the
Patient info and exam window.
• Diagnosis: displays the information entered in the
Patient info and exam window.
• Free text 1-8: creates an empty free text container.
5. If desired, adjust the font settings for the header and data.
