Procedure in case of malfunctions

Alarm message Priority Explanation/Measure
Low priority The wireless connection authorisation (Pairing) has
failed.
Due to different hardware versions the modules
used can only be used as compact device with an
ad-hoc connection.
Contact sales and service partners, if necessary.
(X) sensor loose (P-
Box)
Medium priority „X“ stands for an IBP sensor P1 to P4
The sensor indicated is not correctly connected to
the transducer system or intermediate cable.
The sensor is being calibrated.
Check the respective sensor and secure again if
necessary.
Medium priority The calibration of the invasive pressure channel has
failed.
Repeat calibration.
IBP P1 cable loose
IBP P2 cable loose
IBP P3 cable loose
IBP P4 cable loose
Medium priority The cable indicated is not connected to the patient
box while the device tries to calibrate the respective
pressure channel.
Check the respective cable and reconnect if
necessary.

Low priority The insurance card reader could not be initialised.
If the patient's condition is not critical, re-start the

Medium priority The adhesive sensor is defective or has expired.
The sensor LED's have to be aligned directly over
each other at the measuring site.
Invalid Oxi cable (P-
Box)
Medium priority A wrong intermediate cable is used.
The intermediate cable has to be replaced by a
correct one.
Inval. Oxi sen. (P-Box)
Medium priority A wrong sensor is used.
The sensor has to be replaced by a correct one.
Inval. settings (P-Box)
Medium priority The loaded settings do not correspond to the
imported settings. The corpuls

uses factory
settings.
Low conf. (X) (P-Box)
Low priority "X" stands for the vital parameters PI, PP, SpCO,
SpHb, SpMet or SpO

PI measurement is not possible.
Make sure that the correct sensor is used.
Check if the sensor is functional.
If necessary, replace sensor.
