-313 Calibration memory lost;memory corruption detected 
Indicates that a fault (check sum error) has occurred 
with the non-volatile memory that stores the 
calibration data.  
-314 Save/recall memory lost;memory corruption detected 
Indicates that a fault (check sum error) has occurred 
with the non-volatile memory that stores the 
save/recall files. 
-315 Configuration memory lost;memory corruption detected 
Indicates that a fault (check sum error) has occurred 
with the non-volatile memory that stores the 
configuration settings. 
Indicates that the error queue is full (over 20 
messages generated, and not yet read). No more 
messages will be stored until the queue is empty. 
The queue can be cleared by reading each message, 
using the *CLS command or restarting the function 
generator.  
-361 Parity error in program message 
Indicates that there is a RS232 parity setting 
mismatch between the host PC and the function 
generator.  
-362 Framing error in program message 
Indicates that there is a RS232 stop bit setting 
mismatch between the host PC and the function 
generator. 
-363 Input buffer overrun 
Indicates that too many characters have been sent to 
the function generator via RS232. Ensure 
handshaking is used.
