4 (Optional) Installing Bases

Procedure
Step 1 Place a base with fixed dimensions on the concrete floor based on the base installation
position diagram.
When deploying the base, place the side marked FRONT facing the aisle containment.
Step 2 Mark base mounting holes on the concrete floor using a marker.
Step 3 Move away the base, use a hammer drill with a φ16 drill bit to drill holes to a depth of 52–60
mm at the installation position, and install expansion sleeves.
Step 4 Move the base back, install expansion bolts, and partially tighten them.
Step 5 (Optional) Put a washer under the base to level it.
A washer may be 0.5 mm, 1.0 mm, or 2.0 mm thick.
Step 6 Tighten the expansion bolts.

Step 7 Secure adjacent bases.
