Replace the

Check the flatbed scanner drive motor for proper operation.

Does the motor operate properly?

Is the above component properly connected?
Replace the ADF rear
side drive parts pack.
Replace the

Place an undamaged document on the flatbed scanner and perform a
scanner test.
