Alignment assembly removal
Warning—Potential Damage: When replacing the alignment assembly, ensure that the media skew is
properly adjusted using the adjuster screw (C), or jamming will occur. Go to
“Alignment assembly
adjustment” on page 268.
1 Remove the side cover, left. Go to “T650 left side cover removal” on page 279 or “T652, T654, and T656
left side cover removal” on page 280.

2 Remove the six screws (A) securing the metal cover to the machine.
3 Remove the metal cover.
