5.6 Checking Fuel Separator
1. Place a container under the filter drain (A).
2. Turn drain valve (A) by hand 1-1/2 to 2 turns
counterclockwise until fuel begins draining.
3. Drain the filter sump of water and sediment until clear
fuel is visible. Clean as necessary.
4. Turn the drain valve (A) by hand 1-1/2 to 2 turns
clockwise until tight.
5. Dispose of fluid in container in a safe manner.
