3.6 Installing Hydraulics
The procedure fo r ins ta lling hydraulics is different for each windrower model. Refer to the following proced ures
according to your specific m odel:
• 3.6.1 Installin g Hydraulics on an M205, page 40
• 3.6.2 Installin g Hydraulics on an M155, page 43
• 3.6.3 Installin g Hydraulics on an M105, page 53
3.6.1 Installing Hydraulics on an M205
1. Retrie ve al
l capped hoses from inside the frame.
2. Locate the
three hoses with capped tees extending
from the va
lve block.
3. Remove cap
sfromfittings with similar colored cable
ties and co
nnect hoses (A) to tees. Do NOT connect
the large c
ase drain hoses from the wheel motors at
this time
.
NOTE:
Remove caps on tee la st to minimize oil loss.
4. Position hoses into frame .
5. Locate the two hoses with capped ends and matching
colored ties. A union is connected to one of the hoses.
6. Remove caps and connect the two hoses together.
Position hoses in frame.
7. Retrieve the four remaining capped hoses coming out
of the frame.

8. Loosen bolts (A) and move valve block to improve
access th rough the hole in the frame in order to ins ert
wrenches and tighten fittings.
9. Remo ve caps from hoses and matching valv e blo ck
fittings (B).
10. Make connections using colored plastic cable ties as a
guide. Tighten fitt ings.
11. Reposition valve block and retighten bolts.
