2549- Error accessing online manual file (code #).
Cause: The operator’s manual file could not be located.
Action: Reinstall the application.
Action: Copy the contents of the \manual folde
r on the setup CD to the appli-
cation directory.
2550- Attempts to acquire the instrument’s status timed out.
Cause: Repeated attempts to maintain communication with the analyzer have
failed.
Action: Check the communications cable conn
ecting the analyzer to the com-
puter. Confirm that the analyzer is turned on and that the
status light is
not blinking.
If these checks are okay, exit the analysis program and then restart the
application. If
this error persists, contact your service representative.
2551- Cannot access web page (name) (code [n])
Cause: You tried to access Micromeritics on the web and the operating system
could not take you there.
Action: Make sure you have internet access.
Action: Make sure you have a default web
browser.
2554- File (filename) does not contains any report data.
Cause: A file was selected that has not data for reporting.
Action: Select a different file.
2557- Directory does not exist.
Cause: An operation (for example, report overlays) references a file in a direc-
tory which does not exist.
