(RT2) assigned by CMD025 is applied to BP1=1 to 16,
and 3rd Charging Rate (RT3) is applied to counting No.
exceeding BP2 + 1.
NOTE 2: For the charging by metering pulse, 0 should be assigned
as the H-Method No.
NOTE 3: In case of charging by Metering pulse, the number of me-
tering pulse is to be assigned as the counting number.
