Lubricating the XYZ Rails
A. XYZ Rails
1. The XYZ Rails support the dispense head and allow it to travel within the dispensing
area.
2. The dispense head is the portion of the machine that moves during dispensing
operation.
B. Routine Maintenance
1. To ensure smooth dispense head movement, the rails must be lubricated on a monthly
basis.
2. Lubricating the rails also prolongs the life of the bearing housing.
C. Tools and Materials Needed
1. Asymtek Lube Kit (contains Grease Gun).
2. The Lube kit is supplied with the dispensing system and stored in the lower front
cabinet
