Reconnecting the DP-3000
1. Open the swinging bracket by pressing up on the red swinging bracket latch and gently
pulling out on the swinging bracket.
2. Flip the yellow stopcock lever forward to release the stopcock.
3. Flip the green chamber retention lever up 90°.
4. Press down on the sliding bracket until you feel the blue detent lever click that locks the
bracket in the down position.
5. Gently slide the chamber retention slide out to the open position.
6. Assemble the pumping chamber.
7. Insert the pumping chamber into the DP-3000.
8. The prime port faces left, away from the chamber retention slide. The pumping chamber
should fit over the piston and snugly up against the piston opening.
9. Push the chamber retention slide in to lock the pumping chamber in place.
10. Place the stopcock into the luer clamp block.
11. Make sure that the stopcock sits flush on the face of the luer clamp block.
12. Perform the following steps to close the DP-3000:
 Pull out on the blue detent lever to unlock the sliding bracket.
 Gently push up on the sliding bracket, making sure that the bottom of the pumping
chamber fits into the top of the stopcock.
 Rotate the green chamber retention lever down 90° to lock the sliding bracket in
place.
 Close the swinging bracket, making sure that the stopcock fits into the grooves on
the stopcock actuator.
- You will need to push up on the red swinging bracket latch and release it when the
swinging bracket closes to lock it in place.
 Rotate the yellow stopcock lever back 180° to lock the stopcock in place.
 Flip the orange locking lever on the pump all the way up. This is the unlocked
position.
 Slide the pump all the way down the track of the dovetail receiver assembly on the
dispensing head.
 The bottom surface of the pump should rest against the dovetail mating stop at the
bottom of the dovetail assembly.
 Flip the orange locking lever 190° (down) to lock the pump into place.
