Symptoms and Causes of Pneumatic Failure
Symptom Possible Cause Recovery
Main Air Switch is Off. - Turn Main Air Switch On.
No Fluid Pressure
Air Pressure - Make sure that the Fluid
Pressure Regulator is set to the
proper air pressure.
Leaky Regulator
Damaged Regulator - Contact Asymtek Technical
Support.
- The regulator will need to be
replaced.
Main Air Switch Off - Make sure Main Air Switch is On.
Air Pressure - Make sure Valve Pressure
Regulator is set to the proper air
pressure.
Syringe disconnected - Connect the syringe receiver
head to the Valve Off (black
hose) port on the dispensing
head.
Interface PCA - Call Service Technician
- Replace Interface PCA. See
Exercise Sheet 5-5-1 on page
5-2-18.
Interconnect PCA - Call Service Technician
- Replace Interconnect PCA. See
