Adjusting the Board Sensors
Tools and Materials Needed:
 Flat head screwdriver
 Phillips head screwdriver
 1/8-inch hex key
 Sample board identical to one used during production run.
1. Use the Philips head screwdriver to remove the four screws holding down the clear
plastic cover over the sensor sensitivity adjustments.
2. Locate the pre-dispense zone board sensor sensitivity adjustments.
 Each adjustment cover should be labeled for easy identification.
 If your system is not configured with a pre-dispense zone, then locate the dispense
zone sensor and continue with Step 3.
3. Remove the sensor adjustment cover.
4. Slide the adjustment selector switch to Mode.
5. Toggle the thumbwheel until the flashing cursor is next to output 2.
 Push down on the thumbwheel.
6. Make sure that L (light on) is selected.
 Toggle the thumbwheel to change selection. Push down on the thumbwheel to select.
7. Make sure that the timer is set to non.
 Toggle the thumbwheel to change selection. Push down on the thumbwheel to select.
8. Make sure that FR1 (Frequency 1) is selected.
 Toggle the thumbwheel to change selection. Push down on the thumbwheel to select.
9. Slide the selector switch to Set.
 This allows you to program output 2.
10. Load the sample board into the conveyor and slide it over/under the optic sensor.
11. Push down on the thumbwheel.
 This sets the ON condition for output 2.

12. Move the sample board out from under/over the optic sensor.
