Needle Sensor Failure
A. Introduction
The Needle Sensor allows you to change needles and continue production without
reprogramming the dispensing system. It can automatically compensate for XYZ
changes in needle location due to a needle change or a bent needle, therefore
minimizing operator error and eliminating wasted time spent manually adjusting the
needle. The following section identifies some possible needle sensor problems and their
solutions.
