Exercise Sheet 4-11-2
Removing and Replacing Panel Mounted Fuses
1. Turn the Main Circuit Breaker OFF (0).
2. Unplug all power cords.
3. Determine which fuse needs to be replaced.
4. Use the small flat head screwdriver to turn the fuse ¼ turn counter clockwise. Gently
push in on the fuse while turning it.
 The head of the fuse cap will pop out enough to allow you to grasp it with your
fingers.
5. Pull the fuse out of its socket.
6. Remove the damaged fuse from the fuse cap.
7. Insert the new fuse into the fuse cap.
8. Gently push the new fuse into the socket until the head of the fuse cap is flush with the
socket rim.
 You may need to twist the fuse gently on the way into the socket.
9. Use the small flat head screwdriver to turn the fuse ¼ turn clockwise. Gently push in on
the fuse while turning it.
10. Reconnect all power cords to the dispensing system.
11. Turn the Main Circuit Breaker ON (I).
