D. Saving and Printing Data
1. Load Word Pad.
Press [ctrl]-[Esc] keys.
Select Start, Programs, Accessories, Word Pad.
2. {Alt]-[Tab] back to PMACPLOT window.
3. Maximize plot window.
4. Press [Alt]-Print Screen. (This performs a screen capture).
5. Select Word Pad on toolbar.
6. Press Align Center button.
7. Type: filename (see step 11) [enter], FmNT Program Name [enter], and Date
(yy-mm-dd) [enter].
8. Select File, Page Setup, select Landscape, set Top Margin to .5”, press OK.
9. Press [Ctrl)-V. (This performs a paste function).
10. Select File, Save As and enter a filename.
11. Filename format should be:
snxxxx_description of move.doc
where
xxxx
is serial
number of the machine.
12. If a color printer is available, select File, Print, Printer, click OK.
13. You may e-mail or send your file to Asymtek Field Service.
