Safety Precautions
A. Operator Safety Precautions
1. Locate and identify safety warning labels on your system before initial use.
2. In case of a malfunction, immediately push the Emergency Stop (E-stop, EMO)
button. Do not attempt to remove the workpiece while power is ON.
3. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry while operating the system.
4. If you have long hair, make sure that it is tied back to prevent it from becoming
entangled in moving parts.
5. Always wear safety glasses when operating the system.
6. Do not touch the heater area under the conveyor.
B. Material Safety Precautions
1. Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for health, chemical, safety, and
disposal information for all fluids and materials before use.
2. All fluids and materials should be disposed of according to local regulations.
3. Wear gloves to prevent the contact of caustic chemicals with skin.
C. Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Precautions
1. Wear an ESD wrist strap.
2. Touch a grounded bare metal surface before touching electrical components.
3. Use a dissipative floor mat.
4. Store electronic boards and assemblies in static safe bags.
 Use only ESD approved equipment.
 Ground all tools and equipment wherever possible.
 Keep your work area free of items that may contribute to ESD.
