UnLock Time (s) Time that elapses between the activation of the “UNLOCK_CMD” command and the actual
control of the guard locking device (“L
OCKOUT” output):
– 0 ms ... 1 s (in 100 ms increments)
– 1.5 s ... 10 s (in 0.5 s increments)
– 15 s ... 25 s (in 5 s increments)
Feedback Time (s) Maximum permissible discrepancy time between the “L
OCKOUT” output and the “LOCK_FBK”
input:
– 10 ms ... 100 s (in 10 ms increments)
– 150 ms ... 1 s (in 50 ms increments)
– 1.5 s ... 3 s (in 0.5 s increments)
Interlock Spring The interlock is blocked passively and released actively (energy “ON”), i.e., the safety door
is locked by the mechanical force of the spring. The guard remains locked even if the power
supply is disconnected or fails.
Mandatory Gate opening In this operating mode, the safety door (“G
ATE”) must always be opened after the demand
to unlock the guard locking device and it must be closed again before the block enable
(“O
UT”) is issued again.
Enable Error Out When this parameter is selected, an output (“E
RROR”) is made available which signals that
an error has been detected by the function block (e.g., plausibility error, feedback time is
above the maximum permissible time, etc.).
The “E
RROR” signal is reset in the following cases:
– System switch off and switch on
– Activation of the “RESET” function (PSR-M-B1, PSR-M-B2)
