5.5 Analog operators
1
5.5.1 ANALOG COMPARATOR
The operator compares an analog variable at its “ANALOG” input with the parameterized
value.
Figure 5-161 “ANALOG COMPARATOR” operator
The “A
NALOG” input can be connected to analog outputs of the following function blocks:
ANALOG INPUT
ADDER
The “ANALOG COMPARATOR” operator always uses the largest hysteresis value when
comparing the hysteresis value of the function block to which it is connected or when multi-
ple analog values are used (in conjunction with the ADDER operator).
5.5.2 ADDER
2
This operator can be used to calculate the sum or difference of analog signals at its analog
inputs. The inputs must be connected to the analog outputs of the “ANALOG INPUT” func-
tion blocks.
